Truly HandmadeSkinMudra All Natural Handcrafted Soaps are made using the old-fashioned cold process method in small quantity with one batch at a time to control the quality.We use fresh plant oils and butters as it has all goodness in it that can benefit your skin. Special Ayurveda oils like SkinMudra hair oil, Essential oils, herbs, and other beneficial ingredients are added. As a results a mild, rich, soothing soap is created that feels creamy in your hands, offers a magnificent long-lasting lather, and leaves your skin clean, smooth, silky, and radiantly healthy.Real soap is the result of a natural chemical process called saponification, in which the oils and butters and sodium hydroxide–which is lye (a base) dissolved in water (or other liquid), are brought together to form a soap. After saponification process which is also called as curing process is complete there is NO lye left in a bar of SkinMudra soap. A true soap cannot be made without lye!The liquid mixed with lye in our handcrafted soap can be distilled water, herbal tea, fresh fruit pulp, fresh flower’s paste or vegetable juice, cow milk, buttermilk, Indian cow milk butter, coconut milk, yogurt or fresh plant extract.The all natural soap mixture is poured into wooden molds, allowed to set for 24-48 hours, hand cut, and allowed to cure for 6-8 weeks to create a long-lasting soap with exceptional mildness and lather.Each batch is carefully tested to make sure that the saponification process is complete.Some of our soaps have no scent added but you’ll love the earthy smell of natural soap. These soaps have distinct natural aromas due to flowers, honey, grains, spices, herbs, or ayurveda oils. Soap colors come from natural juices, herbal teas and fresh plant extracts.
